The equipment will be collected at the earliest opportunity that is convenient for you – Usually the same or next working day.
We offer demonstrations on the safe working and operation of all of our equipment.
In addition to this an owners manual with step by step instructions will be provided to you upon receipt of the equipment.
If, at any point during the hire of our equipment you feel unsure please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Unfortunately not, the hired equipment will come with a full tank of fuel and is to be returned with a full tank of fuel. If this is not possible we can refill on return and a charge will be applied per litre.
Important: From 1st April 2022, all fuel used in our machines is white diesel/petrol (depending on machine) in line with government legislation. As such any customer must only use white diesel or petrol when refilling the machines.
Any filling of red diesel will result in a charge to drain down, dispose, clean and refill the machine.
If refuelling we kindly ask that the correct fuel is being used.
